He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Smith Fisher; his parents, Veryl C. Fisher and Mazie Reinhart Fisher; and his sister Polly Fisher Orsagh (Thomas) of North Carolina. He is survived by: his sons, William Douglas Fisher of Strasburg and David Charles Fisher (Victoria) of Wernersville; his grandson Jason David Fisher; and his close friend Graybill Herr.
