He was predeceased by: his parents, Jere S. Axe and Sara Pletcher Axe; and his sisters, Anna Axe and Lorena Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Christine Walton Axe; his daughter Taylor Axe; his stepdaughters, Jessica Gura and Tabitha Hess; and his siblings, Tracy Hickey (Troy) and Jere Axe (Karen). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
