He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvison Earl Coe and Minnie Lou Coe (Bauguess); and his brother Coy Mack Coe of Basset, VA. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Coe; his daughter Valerie Keys (Randy) of Quarryville; his grandchildren, Bryce A. Keys (Allie), Makenzie T. Keys and Bailey A. Keys (Victoria); and his siblings, Helen Stamper of Independence, VA, Harold Coe of Winston Salem, NC and Dean Coe of Galax, VA.
