He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert and Elsie Minnich. He is survived by: his wife Donna Peters (Bachman); his daughters, Kris Refford (Norm) and Keleigh Peters; his grandchildren, Eric Refford, Tara and Nicolas Eby; his brothers, Martin Roy (Mim) and Ray (Donna); and his sister-in-law Marietta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
