He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W., Sr. and Betty McMullen (Saylor). He is survived by: his wife Debra J. McMullen (Rineer); his sons, Robert W. McMullen, III of Willow Street and Jamin T. McMullen of Quarryville; and his siblings, Michael McMullen (Karen) of Quarryville, Kenneth McMullen (Maribeth) of Quarryville, Margery Abel (Frank) of Quarryville and JoAnn Rineer (Robert) of New Providence.
