He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shoff and Olive Shultz Shoff; and his brother Leslie Shoff. He is survived by: his wife Alice Howell Shoff; his son Richard; and his close friends, Shawn Shoff of Pequea and Jennifer (Steve Sorensen) of Holtwood.
