He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rhineer and Dorothy Miller Rhineer; his wife Nancy E. Cramer Rhineer; and his brother William Rhineer. He is survived by: his pet Roscoe; his daughters, Laura R. (Timothy Mallinson) of Mantua, NJ and Alicia Blankenmeyer (Chad Stottlemyer) of Conestoga; his grandchildren, Mason, Ella, Catie and Piper; and his sisters, Susie Barr of New Providence, Faith Aukamp of Quarryville, Tonya Menges of Mt. Joy and Lori Shreiner of Millersville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made in Bob's name to Grace Community Church or Hospice Community Care.
