She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Ickes and Minnie Allison Ickes; and her son Melvin Russell Ickes. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda C. Kirk of Quarryville and Kimberly D. (Alan Myers) of Middletown; her stepgrandchildren, Andrea N. Kirk, Harry W. Kirk, Jr., David P. S. Kirk and Trisha Shertzer; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madeleine, Maxwell and Quinlan Trompeter.
