Joanne Andrew; his sons, Jeffrey (Candace Cummings), Michael (Linda Kreider) and Steven; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Tara Mickey Peifer), Mandy (Chad Reed), Jamie (Kristin Harris Peifer), Steve Peifer and Lance (Chelsea Shank Peifer); his great grandchildren, Hunter Reed, Justin Peifer, Hollis Reed, Stella Peifer, Hadley Reed, Dax Peifer, Brogan Peifer and Lucy Peifer; his wife Arlene Hurst; and his stepchildren, Karen, Jerri, Cindy Parmer, Diane (Michael Vincent), Janice (Lynn Burkholder) and Lori (Steve Siwy).
