He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Eleanor Tice (Larrabee); his wife Barbara M. Tice (Gillette); his former wife Laurel Tice (Butler); his daughter Bonnie; his siblings, Donald, Robert, Willis and Barbara; his nephew Ronald; and his aunt Agnes.
He is survived by: his children, Marvin W. Tice (Joani) of Franklinton, NC, Timothy Tice of Norwich, NY and Debra Weaver (Craig Weaver) of High Point, NC.
