She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Greer and Mary Cook Greer Ward; her son Ronald; and her siblings, John Greer (Bud), Jerry Ward, Charles Ward (Sonny), Phyllis Burnette (Pat) and Janice Ward.
She is survived by: her stepfather James Ward; her husband Herman Perkins; her daughter Sandra; her stepdaughter Mary Jane; her children, David and Lori; and her siblings, Jean Cline and Jesse Ward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
