She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Lester Campbell and Mary Ernst Campbell of Virginia; and her son Todd A. Best. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Best; her children, Tracy (Robert Smeltz) of Quarryville, Mary Ellen (Peter Hannum) of Quarryville and James R. (Nikki Best) of Conestoga; and her sisters, Linda Bowman of Mountville and Luanne Campbell of Lancaster.
