She was predeceased by: her parents, Phoan T. Schaffer and Helen May Schaffer (Olavson). She is survived by: her spouse Steinar Garhovd; her children, Leah (Roy Kimes) of Quarryville and Chuck (Beth Petka) of East Petersburg; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Daniel, Joshua, Christian and Grace.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (31 S Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
