We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2021, at the age of 23, Kristen L. Appel of Quarryville, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stanley Appel and Cathy Reilly Appel of Quarryville; her son Colby R. Jones; her siblings, Danielle Appel of Leola, Shannon (Dawson McElhany) of New Providence and Brandon Appel; her nieces, Ella and Lillian; her nephew Isaac; and her grandmother Eileen Kessler of Landisville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kristen's honor to the Mason Dixon Trail, https://masondixontrail.wixsite.com, or donations can be sent to Reynolds & Shivery Funeral Home, 144 E. State Street, Quarryville, PA 17566 to assist the family in setting up a college fund for Kristen's son Colby.
