It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Carol Rickley Devenney (Quarryville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her spouse William G. Devenney, Jr.; her children, Bill, Mark, Ruth Epstein and Shawn; her sister Janet; and also Mcquale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
