He is survived by: his wife Kathy Russell Chambers; and his children, Jay, Jr. (Stacy Chambers) of Quarryville, Kathy (Vern Pittman) of Paradise, Bonnie (Roy Haldeman) of Quarryville, Jessica (Christopher McGuigan) of Quarryville and Rowena Diller (Pat Ebright) of Morgantown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
