We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2021, at the age of 86, Hester Rutledge (Quarryville, Pennsylvania), born in Manchester, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hester Rutledge to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Rutledge, Sr.; her parents, Joseph Smith and Mallie Collett Smith; and her children, David Rutledge, Betty Jean Irmen and Janice Rosiere.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Rutledge McDowell of Quarryville, Earl Jr. (Jill Melrath Rutledge) of Quarryville and Jackie (Jay Gauthier) of Conestoga; and her siblings, Betty Coate of Detroit, MI, Martha Wagers of London, KY and Jack Smith of Columbia, TN.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
