He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Witmer Myer; his parents, Allen Myer and Mazie Nolt Myer; and his siblings, Samuel Myer, Aldus Myer, Abram Myer, Esta Funk and Ruth Myer.
He is survived by: his children, James (Becky Zeager Myer) of Lancaster, Betsy (Warren Treichler) of Windham, VT, Jane (John Horning) of Washington Boro and Jerry Myer of Shellsburg; and his brother Raymond Myer of Penryn. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
