He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Lewis Ryder; and his parents, Theodore Ryder and Opal Fowler Ryder. He is survived by: his children, Harold L. Ryder, Jr. (Wendy) of New Providence, Donna M. Barr (Jeff) of Lititz, Karen S. Micklitsch (Jonathan) of St. Petersburg, FL and Jamie L. Louthian (Lowell) of Lancaster; and his siblings, Henry Ryder and Bessie Ryder. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
