He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Mellinger and Edna Denlinger Mellinger; and his siblings, Joanne and Ron. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Denlinger Mellinger; his daughter Dawn (Ryan Meck) of Winter Hill, PA; his grandchildren, Kirsten (Donovan Weaver) of Strasburg, Kayla (Cole Garver) of Strasburg and Carter Meck of Strasburg; his great grandchildren, Rhett and Callie Weaver; and his sister Mardell Mellinger of Lancaster.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Strasburg Mennonite Church (1514 Village Rd, Strasburg, PA 17579).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Strasburg Mennonite Benevolent Fund.
