He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pelley and Lillian Christenson Pelley; and his son Matthew Pelley. He is survived by: his daughters, Celeste M. Esposito (Eric) of Holtwood and Sarah H. Bullers of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and his first great grandchild.
