He was predeceased by: his parent Ira Thad; and his sister Maxine Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Gretchen (Paul Plechner) of Quarryville and Gary (Julie Book) of Willow Street; and his grandchildren, Sophie, Nevin, Greta and Thaddeus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
