He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester S. Neff and Ruth L. Hershey Neff; and his siblings, Clarence, Lester Neff and Elizabeth Brubaker.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Jean (James Horst) of Paradise, Doris Ann (Gary Glick) of Mountville, Steven C. (Susan Herr Neff) of Trout Run, Earl L. Jr. (Connie Haire Neff) of Montoursville and Kenneth E. (Dawn Kauffman Neff) of Ronks.
