She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marjorie Fenton (Service) and Earl R. Fenton; her husband Robert W. Neff; her daughter Haley Neff; her close friend Timothy Albertini of Oxford; her sister Gail Fenton Cochoff (Steve) of Hudson, OH; her niece Katrina Cochoff Sheaffer (Jared) of Littleton, CO; and her nephew Chris Cochoff.
