He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Cameron Groff; his parents, J. Earl Groff and Estella Creswell Groff; his son Donald E. Groff; his grandson Derek Klugh; and his siblings, Lloyd, Vernon, Harold E. Groff and Helen E. Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Paxson (Gary) of Quarryville, Sharon Klugh of Mountville, Barbara Groff of Chincoteague, VA and David C. Groff (Sally) of Lancaster. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
