He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lowery and Anna Lowery (Fryberger). He is survived by: his wife Brenda S. Lowery (Murr); his pet Lucy; his son Robert Lowery (Annie); his grandchildren, Caroline and Benjamin; his son Mike Lowery (Sarah); his grandchildren, Graden and Isla; his siblings, Frank Lowery, Jr. (Debbie) of Quarryville, Terry Leed (Robert) of Quarryville, Brenda Brooks of Drumore and Mary Wilson (Howie) of Quarryville; and his faithful Jack Russell Terrier (Lucy).
