He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Groff and Elizabeth Smith Groff; and his brother Melvin S. Groff. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Shenk Groff; his children, Edward L. Groff, Dianne M. Mimnall of Mt. Joy and Steven L (Dawn Groff) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Natalie Smith, Nathaniel Groff, Taylor Groff and Erin Rettew; his great grandchildren, Landon, Autumn, Emersyn, Raegan, Harper and Clayton; and his sister Clara E. Rohrer of Lititz.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pequea Brethren (40 Church Rd, Lancaster, PA 17603). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
