He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lewis and Nora Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey, Lancaster, Gregory and Christopher. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Hospice and Community Care of Lancaster.
