She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy B. Thompson and Clara Killian Thompson; and her siblings, Perry, Ralph Thompson and Janet E. Killian.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry L. Phillips, Jr.; her daughters, Beth A. Pent of York and Becky S. (Ben Rosa) of Gordonville; her grandchildren, Tristin, Tre, Trinity, Gavin, Kennah, Deliah and Keegan; and her siblings, Charlotte (Robert Deim) of Narvon and Dale R. Thompson of Narvon.
