He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur A. Kushlan and Bessie Kushlan (Downie). He is survived by: his wife Joycelyn "Joy" Kushlan (Curtiss); his children, Deborah Holmes, Dr. Diana Kushlan, Arthur, Jr. (Linda Kushlan), James (Maureen Kushlan) and Theresa (Rex Ward); and his brother Dr. James Kushlan. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
