He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Keyser and Helen A. Keyser (Ritz); his grandsons, Travis Moyer and Chad Matthew Keyser; and his brothers, Roland, Donald, Charles Jr., Robert and Gerald Keyser.
He is survived by: his children, William R. Keyser, Jr. (Heather) of Millsboro, DE, Debra Ann Keyser Snider (Thomas Snider, Jr.) of Pennsburg and Vicky L. Keyser of Pennsburg; his siblings, Harold Keyser, Sr. (Joan) of Hereford, PA, Diane Palencar (Philip) of Red Hill, PA and Linda Fries of Kutztown, PA; and his close friend Wanda Roberts of Quakertown. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
