He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lewis and Gloria Lewis (Koetter); his wife Donna Lewis (O'Hara); his son Glen Lewis; and his brother Steve Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Peter Lewis (Angela); his grandchildren, Brine Miller and Simon Lewis; and his siblings, Bryan Lewis (Joy), Dave Lewis (Marie), Gloria Vicars, Karen Graumann and Beth Ann Lewis.
