It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Allen (Quakertown, Pennsylvania), born in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her children, James J. Allen and Susan R. Allen; and her brothers, Eugene Williams, Robert Kelchner, James Kelchner, Samuel Kelchner and Paul Kelchner.

She is survived by: her spouse Melvin J. Allen; her son Samuel J. Allen of Quakertown, PA; her siblings, David Kelchner (Sandy) of Ottsville, PA, Pat Martin (Harry) of Phoenix and Sarah Wiffleff (Rick) of Ottsville, PA; and her sister-in-law Linda Fels (Bill) of Mt. Joy, PA..
