Russell G. Sipler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2024, at the age of 75, Russell G. Sipler of Quakertown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Green (Stuhltrager) and Lester Sipler; his brother Joseph Cox; his sister-in-law Ellen Cox; his wife Sandra Partridge; his children, Russell, Shawn, Thomas Sipler (Tanya), Kelly Sipler, Justine Yaun (Cliff) and Tabitha Sipler; and his siblings, Robin Sipler (Sharon), Bruce Green (Melinda) and Brenda Gelnett (Cliff). He was also cherished by five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
