He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Noack and Anna Noack; and his sisters, Elsie and Anna. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Noack (Ritter); his stepchildren, David Kurtz (Rachel) of Morgantown, RuthAnn Reinsmith (Michael) of Glenmoore, PA and Rebecca Reinsmith (Matthew) of Downingtown; and his brother Frank of Souderton.
