She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Makarchuk Jr.; her father Edward S. Lawrence; and her son Robert Makarchuk. She is survived by: her children, Gail Stefaniak of Alburtis and David Makarchuk of Quakertown; and her brother Robert Lawrence. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
