She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry P. Jacquelin and Marie L. Jacquelin (Luzet); her husband David M. Smyth, Sr.; her brothers, Raymond and Peter Jacquelin; her brother-in-law Steve Cooper; and her grandson David M. Smyth, IV.
She is survived by: her children, David M. Smyth, Jr. (Chris Dotter), Dr. Michael H. Smyth (Teri) and Denise M. Kopinski (Scott); her siblings, Henry P. Jacquelin (Barbara), Roger Jacquelin (Judy), Joseph Jacquelin (Marie), Annette Cooper, Helene Jacquelin (Peter) and Louise Lopez (Joseph); her grandchildren, Amanda Smyth Koons (Ryan), Kenny Smyth, Emily Kopinski (Steve Plousis) and Jonathan Kopinski; and her great grandchildren, Charlotee Ruth, Jaxon David and CeCi.
