She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Sine and Sallie Sine (Dunlap); her husband John F. Eisenhart, Sr.; and her siblings, Oscar, William Sine and Emma Moyer.
She is survived by: her son John F. Eisenhart, Jr. (Debbie); her granddaughters, Jennifer Ehrenreich (Jason) and Ashley Picht (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Hunter and Avery Ehrenreich. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
