He was predeceased by: his spouse Florence B. Fischer (Warris); his parent Joseph F., Sr.; his son Ricky R. Steskal; and also Dorothea M. Fischer (Grote). He is survived by: his significant other Betty Young of Quakertown; his parent Florence M. Fischer (Swartz); his children, Brett D. Fischer of Quakertown, Randy D. Steskal (Barbara) of North Carolina, Barbara A. Horner (Garry) of Quakertown, Beth A. Dankowski (Joe) of Connecticut and Sherry A. Hamilton (William) of North Carolina; and his sister Mary A. Miller of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
