He was predeceased by: his former wife Sarah Ann Fox (Schlitz); his parents, Frank Fox and Margaret Fox (Simmons); his children, Linda Marie Fox, John Michael Fox and Lamar Scott Fox; and his brother Frank Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Fox (Hangey); his children, Margaret Theresa Novitsky, Susan Ann Fox, Charmaine Bradley (David), Frank Urban Fox, Steve Benjamin Carper (Suzanne) and Richard David Carper (Kathy); and his sister Charmaine Scholl. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
