We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2019, at the age of 39, Jaclyn Neilson (Quakertown, Pennsylvania), born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband David R. Neilson; her parents, Mark C., Sr. and Lisa A. Clark (Newman); her sons, Tyler and Andrew; her siblings, Mark, Jr. (Nicole) and Kimberly Davis; her grandmother Jacqueline Clark; her parents-in-law, Thomas and Kathleen Neilson; and her sisters-in-law, Melissa Thurman and Kristen Neilson (Scott). She is also survived by her children and her husband and loved being a mom and wife.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to her children for their future needs c/o the funeral home.
