He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis D. Moyer and Blanche Moyer (Anders); and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Clemmer and Harold Keener. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Moyer (Kratz); his children, Frank K. Moyer, Sr. (Andrea) of Sellersville, PA, Karen S. Baumann (Alan) of Holly Springs, NC and Brian S. Moyer (Pinar) of Burke, VA; his grandchildren, Dani, Felicia, Frank, Jr., Caitlyn (Adam), Adam, Jaymie (Noah), Samuel, Matthew, Brooke, Alan, Lily and Briana; and his siblings, Richard A. Moyer (Fern) of Green Lane, PA and Marie Keener of Elizabethtown, PA..
