He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Lewandowski (Shelmire); his parents, Peter Lewandowski and Anna Lewandowski; and his siblings, Thomas, Frances, Frank, Cecelia, Agnes and Lucy.
He is survived by: his children, Lois A. Shelly of Fleetwood, PA and Glen D. (Alice Watkins) of Green Lane; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Lewandowski, Jessica Lewandowski, Samantha Krum (Kevin), Nicole Musselman (Chad) and Annalyse Treat; and his great grandchildren, Trevor and Kenzie Musselman.
