He is survived by: his former wife Judith Ann Oliver; his wife Judy; his children, Michele McKinney (David) of Parker, Timi Kachmar (Mike) of Punxsutawney and Tom Sisk of Brookville; and his grandchildren, Jorden McGuire (Jeremy), Dylan Kachmar, Lauren Kachmar, Kody Shaffer (Alicia) and Landon Sisk. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
