He was predeceased by: his parents, Nickolas Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips (Williams); his son Wiiliam D. Phillips Jr.; and his siblings, Lorraine, Nikolas, Francis, Joseph, Paul, Raymond, Richard Phillips, Rita Davis, Mary DeChurch and Grace Cooper.
He is survived by: his former wife Amanda Mallette; his wife Joan Phillips (Vasbinder) of Punxsutawney; his children, Michael L. Phillips, Joyce Harmon (Ron) and Lorrain Phillips (Melissa); his grandchildren, Todd, Amanda, Tara and Damian Raymond; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Taylor, Anthony and Brynn.
