He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Stahlman (Slawson) and Paul H. Stahlman; his grandmothers, Joye Dunmire of Punxsutawney, Maryann Holt of Parker, CO and Nada Smith of Fort Washington, MD; and his siblings, Betty Stahlman, John, Lee, Jim, Terry, Darl and Tom Stahlman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen (Mayes); his children, Gwendolyn Mallory of Punxsutawney and Garret Stahlman (Amy) of Shippensburg; his granddaughters, Danielle Trunzo, Hannah Stewart (Noah), Laura Stahlman and Danica Mallory; his brother Jerry Stahlman (Nancy) of Lewisberry, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Judy, Sharon and Arlie Stahlman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Mr. Stahlman, to a charity of the donors' choice.
