He is survived by: his spouse Aleene M. Pifer; his children, William D. Ward, Jr. of Kittanning, Carollee Miloser (John) of Hillsdale and David E. Ward (Andrea) of Erie; his grandchildren, Jason R. Sylva, Hunter M. Ward, Brookelyn T. Pilker (Evan), Bryant A. Miloser, Rebekah N. Miloser, Nathaniel R. Ward, Elania G. Ward and Julia D. Ward; his great grandchild Atlas T. Sylva; and his sisters, Dorothy Stofer of Bowling Green, KY and Marilyn J. Douthit of Punxsutawney.
