She is survived by: her close friend James Lindy, Jr.; her daughters, Kathy Bouch (Fred Day) of Punxsutawney and Connie Palmer (David Storti) of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Brittany Bouch, Stephen Bouch (Alexis Burkett) and Corie Palmer (Derek Kerr); her brother Duane Williard of Florida; her grandson Justin Storti; and her great grandchildren, Canaan Bouch, Titan Bouch, Aryia, Sage, Alayah and Ady.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Hospice foundation or Children's Hospital.
