He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia J. Miller (Reed) and Frederick Jack Miller. He is survived by: his wife Connie S. Miller (Dobson); and his siblings, John "Dick" Miller (Jacki), Bill Miller (Chastity) and Lou Ann Heitzenrater. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing requirements will be followed, and masks must be worn.
