Thomas Costanzo Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Costanzo (Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 14, 2019 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Costanzo to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph Costanzo and Jennie Ann Costanzo (Gammello). He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Edward Costanzo of Punxsutawney, Janice Valdisera (Victor) of La Plata and Jennifer Druzisky of Pittsburgh; his nieces, Maria Valdisera and Kelly Hanon; and his nephew Matthew Druzisky. He is also survived by two great nieces and one great nephew.
